- FACADE NETWORK SDN BHD (FNSB) – A design and technical consultancy company that incorporated in year 2008 providing facade consultation service to developers, main contractors and facade specialist contractors in terms of constructability, cost efficiency and sustainability.
- KLART SDN. BHD. (KSB) – A system development company was then incorporated in 2012 to facilitate the research and development of aluminium windows and doors system. The tested systems are widely used in projects with proven track records of its water and air tightness performance.
